Awards & Honors for Financial Wellness Educators in the ANZ Region

Financial wellness educators are the heartbeat of real, lasting change across the ANZ region. Their guidance does more than teach – it transforms. At the National Financial Educators Council, we celebrate the remarkable individuals who turn knowledge into confident action and measurable progress for learners.

Through our Financial Educators Day awards and Program Spotlights, we shine a light on educators whose work drives learning gains, strengthens community programs, and elevates financial literacy advocacy across ANZ. These honors showcase leaders who set the standard and inspire others to follow.

National Financial Educator Day ANZ

Every year on the last Friday of April, communities across ANZ come together to recognize the people who champion financial capability. This celebration extends beyond traditional educators – it honors volunteers, financial professionals, community advocates, and everyday citizens who step up to teach financial literacy.

Since launching in 2014, Financial Educators Day has grown into a global movement supported by public figures, organizations, and financial literacy leaders. More than 1,000 individuals from 43 countries – including Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea – have been recognized for their contributions.
